What are we doing
Amsternannies is a 'full service' organization with the focus on making the best match between the Nannies and the high-quality babysitting families. We are the specialist in selecting, planning and managing all requests from families and Nannies. Our mission is to continually save our customers time, stress, hassle and money in this process.
What do we ask of you?
• Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
• Gained work experience as a planner or similar position during the study;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
• You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality.
What does the job involve
• You are responsible for the planning;
• Je has an overview and is willing to support executive activities;
• Maintaining personal contact with the customer by e-mail or telephone;
• Maintaining personal contact with the Nannies by e-mail or telephone;
• You support the application process of the new Nannies;
• You call references from the Nannies.
The following competencies are necessary
• Independence;
• Customer focus;
• Stress resistance;
• Problem solving ability.
