For this VAST subscription, the costs are €13.95 x the number of Wednesdays in the month. If the month has 4 Wednesdays then it is 4x €13.95 for this month = €55.80
The VAST subscription is continuous, if the fixed day is not needed or you do not want a replacement, this will be converted into a credit. This credit can be used for an additional application for another two months.

The FLEX subscription is for families who want to employ a Nanny occasionally, for example one day and/or one evening per month. With this subscription you can make unlimited requests at any time of the day.
Subscription costs of €14.95 are billed per month. One babysitting service can be purchased and for each additional babysitting service the mediation costs are €14.95.
If no babysitting service is purchased, the costs of €14.95 continue, this babysitting service cannot be carried over to the next month.

The costs for the VAST subscription continue, even during a holiday. The days that you do not need a Nanny become a credit with Amsternannies. This credit remains valid for two months. This credit can be used for an extra day or evening, in addition to your regular days.

Yes, if the nanny is no longer available, we will provide a new nanny who can babysit on the fixed day.
We expect Nannies who take a fixed day to complete the period that has been promised. The Nannies also have a notice period, of course we try to arrange a good solution for both the Nanny and the family as quickly as possible.
We also arrange a replacement if the scheduled Nanny is ill or goes on holiday. The Nanny reports to us and we - in consultation with you - propose a replacement Nanny.

The Nanny works via the Home Services Scheme, which means that you can pay the Nanny immediately at the end of the babysitting service.
