Yes, if the nanny is no longer available, we will provide a new nanny who can babysit on the fixed day.

We expect Nannies who take a fixed day to complete the period that has been promised. The Nannies also have a notice period, of course we try to arrange a good solution for both the Nanny and the family as quickly as possible.

We also arrange a replacement if the scheduled Nanny is ill or goes on holiday. The Nanny reports to us and we - in consultation with you - propose a replacement Nanny.
