Classical on the Amstelveld 🎵
Klassiek op het Amstelveld is an open-air festival on 20 and 21 September, organised by Stichting KOHA. The festival offers a wide variety of concerts, children's activities, performances and workshops for young and old. Experience a musical weekend in the centre of Amsterdam! There are picnic benches at the stage where you can enjoy food and drinks with the children.
Craft in Image Festival 👨🏻🎨
On 21 and 22 September, the NDSM Loods in Amsterdam-Noord will be transformed into a large public workshop where craftsmen will give workshops and masterclasses all day long. There will also be demonstrations and exhibitions, a catering square with vegan food and drinks, tastings and food workshops. Various vocational training courses and museums will also present themselves. There will be a materials fair and a stage with performances.
Children's Book Week Sticker Hunt 📖
From 2 to 31 October, there will be a sticker scavenger hunt in all OBA branches. Discover new places in the library branch near you while you search for book quotes on floors, windows, doors and cabinets. Look carefully, think carefully and answer the questions with the accompanying questionnaire that is ready for you.
Kids Disco ADE 🪩
On Saturday 19 October, Ballorig Gaasperplas in Amsterdam will be transformed into a party location for children during the ADE Kids Disco! This swinging event, part of the famous Amsterdam Dance Event, is specially designed for young partygoers up to 13 years old and promises to be an unforgettable evening.
