DSpring has really started now! While babysitting, there is of course nothing more fun than making healthy fruit ice creams yourself.

Below is a delicious and healthy recipe for ice cream with yogurt, strawberries and orange slices!! Whether the fruit ice creams are sweet or not depends on your fruit. If the strawberries are sweet, you will also get sweet ice creams. If the strawberries are a bit more sour, your ice creams will also be sour (the yogurt will of course make them a bit sour anyway). You can add some honey if you find the fruit ice creams too sour.

Easy fruit ice creams

This is what you need:

  • 1 large hand orange
  • 100 grams of strawberries
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • ice cream molds

This is how you do it:

  1. Cut the orange into pieces (you can also squeeze the orange and add that to the strawberries, but the orange slices are also very tasty in ice cream)
  2. Puree the strawberries (taste now to see if the strawberries are sweet enough)
  3. Mix the orange pieces through the strawberry puree
  4. Now mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the mixture
  5. Pour/scoop the mixture into the molds and place the fruit ice creams in the freezer for 6 hours (at least).

Tip: Do you want the ice creams to look extra nice? Then start in the mold with 1 teaspoon of yogurt and then pour the strawberry mixture into the mold.

Enjoy the delicious ice cream together!
