HThe tastiest banana bread comes out Pauline's kitchen! The ideal, healthy snack for children. Also easy to take to the playground.

See the recipe below.

Ingredients for 1 cake of 23 cm
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
150 g almond flour
60 g dates (3 medjool dates)
2 tsp baking powder
50 grams of dark chocolate
75 g mixed nuts
30 g coconut grater
Pinch of salt

This is how you make it
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (fan).

Puree the bananas together with the dates (without pits) until smooth with a hand blender in a bowl.

Add the eggs one by one and beat them into the batter with a whisk.

Fold the almond flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt into the batter.

Chop the nuts and chocolate into pieces and fold into the batter.

Finally, fold the coconut grater into the banana batter.

Grease a cake tin (23 cm) with baking spray and pour the mixture into the tin.

Bake the banana bread in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes. The cake is done when a skewer comes out clean and dry when inserted into the center of the cake.

Let the banana bread cool slightly in the tin and then turn it out onto a cake rack.

Store the banana bread in aluminum foil outside the refrigerator.

Enjoy it!!
