Amsternannies is the most personal babysitting agency in Amsterdam; personal attention for both the family and the Nanny are central. We work in the office with a team of eight and as of May 1 we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to strengthen our team.
What are we doing?
Amsternannies is a babysitting agency where the focus is on making the best match between Nannies and families. We are the specialist in selecting, planning and managing all babysitting requests. Our mission is to save families time, stress, responsibility and a lot of hassle in this process.
What are we looking for?
As an Account Manager you are responsible for accurate planning for approximately 100 families. You have intake interviews with Nannies and families and make a match based on experience, availability and wishes.
In addition, there is always room to use your creativity for our marketing (TIKTOK Instagram), improving processes and conducting intake interviews with new families. Will you join our team?
Profile
- You are independent, flexible, organized and have a strong sense of responsibility;
- You can keep a good overview and are stress-resistant;
- You are service-oriented and can level well with both parents and Nannies;
- You have good communication skills (both spoken and written) in Dutch and English;
- You are good at planning;
- You have an affinity and experience with our target group;
- You get along well with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- You are available 32 to 40 hours a week.
Your responsibilities
- Recruiting and selecting potential Nannies;
- Making the right match between the Nannies and the families;
- Maintaining personal contact with both the families and the Nannies;
- Maintaining the right balance between the number of families and Nannies.
