The smell of smoldering charcoal, the sound of sizzling meat and the cheerful laughter of children enjoying the outdoors – it's time for a delicious barbecue again! But let's face it, it can sometimes be a challenge to find dishes that not only adults like, but are loved by the kids. Fortunately, we have the perfect solution for you! In this blog we take you on a culinary adventure and share surprising and child-friendly BBQ dishes that will conquer the taste buds of both young and old. From tasty mini pizzas to colorful vegetable skewers and much more – we have something for everyone. So dust off your grill, gather your little ones around you and let's discover together how to create an unforgettable and tasty barbecue experience for the whole family!

aFirst you can make mini hamburgers/cheeseburgers. Kids usually love burgers. Place the burgers on the grill and make a small table where they can choose their toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, sauces, etc. You could also do this same idea with hot dogs. You can place fried onions and different sauces next to hot dogs so that they can top their own buns.

Something the children also really like are mini pizzas. Prepare small pizza bases and let the kids choose their own toppings. You can also prepare the pizzas in advance, but it is of course more fun if the children are allowed to do that themselves. Once the pizzas are full of delicious toppings, you can place them on the grill until the cheese has melted.

What is also very tasty and what most children also like are stuffed peppers. Cut the pepper in half and fill it with minced meat, vegetables, rice and use herbs of your choice. Place the stuffed peppers on the grill until the filling is heated through.

Vegetable skewers, chicken skewers and corn on the cob are also necessary to appoint for a barbecue. And one more thing that children love – desserts! Let us have the perfect barbecue dessert for you. Namely grilled fruit skewers. Thread pieces of fruit such as pineapple, peach, banana and strawberry onto skewers and grill them briefly. Serve them with a little honey or a yogurt dip for a tasty and healthy dessert! With these dishes, there should be something for every child to like. We hope you have fun and don't forget to create a safe and supervised environment around the barbecue for the children.
