Tropical Museum

The Tropenmuseum is a museum of world cultures, located in one of the most beautiful museum buildings in the Netherlands. The impressive national monument located on the Oosterpark, in the heart of Amsterdam East, dates from 1926. The impressive central Light Hall offers a wide view of what the museum has to offer: an extensive permanent exhibition and regularly changing exhibitions in which the objects each have a tell human story.
