aWhen we think about summer and tasty snacks, we only think of one thing: ICE CREAM! Getting an ice cream together is always a fun little outing, but making ice cream together might be even more fun! You need a freezer, ice cream molds, the desired ingredients and patience, but then you have something!
We have put together a number of delicious ice cream recipes for you.
Blueberry/orange ice creams
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of frozen blueberries
- 200 ml orange juice (without added sugars)
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Then pour the mixture into the molds.
- If you like, you can add some berries to the ice cream molds.
- Let the ice creams harden for at least 8 hours. Lets eat!
Peachy peachy pop ice creams
Ingredients for at least 6 ice creams:
1 bag of candy peaches
1 can of Sprite or 7-up
Would you prefer something less sweet? Then use Spa Citroen, for example!
Preparation:
- Divide the peaches among the ice cream molds. Check carefully whether the sticks still fit and rearrange your peaches if necessary. If your molds are really small, you could stick the peaches on your popsicle stick.
- Pour in the Sprite or 7-up, insert the sticks and place the whole thing in the freezer.
- Wait four hours and the party can begin!
Banana/strawberry ice cream
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
Preparation:
- Cut the banana and strawberries into pieces.
- First blend the strawberries until smooth and pour into a measuring cup.
- Rinse the blender cup/jar.
- Now blend the banana with a dash of water until smooth.
- Fill 3 ramekins halfway full with strawberries. Fill 2 molds halfway full with banana.
- Put the ice cream molds, with the ice cream stick in it, in the freezer for half an hour to harden.
- Then pour banana into the molds with strawberry and strawberry into the molds with banana. This way you get a nice separation between the colors.
- Let the ice creams harden for at least 8 hours. Lets eat!
Cottage cheese ice creams
Ingredients:
- Small cottage cheese desserts or yogurt desserts
- Popsicle sticks or small plastic spoons
- Freezer
- Sprinkles if necessary
Preparation:
- Insert the sticks into the small desserts, straight through the packaging.
- Freeze the desserts for at least 4 hours. We left them in the freezer overnight.
- Remove the paper from the desserts. And hold the desserts between warm hands. Now pull the cottage cheese ice cream from the container using the stick.
- Place the ice creams in a container filled with sprinkles.
Yogurt ice cream with mango
ingredients for 8 ice creams:
- 400 grams of mango
- 300 grams of low-fat yogurt from Vecozuivel
- 100 grams of sugar
Preparation:
- Mix the yoghurt with 50 ml water and 50 grams of sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Puree the mango until smooth and also mix in 50 grams of sugar until it has dissolved.
- Take an ice cream mold and first put a layer of yogurt and the ice cream sticks in it and then place the ice cream mold in the freezer for 2-3 hours until this layer is hard enough for the next layer.
- Then add a layer of the mango mixture and put the ice cream back in the freezer. Repeat this again alternately and then freeze the ice creams overnight until they are completely hard. Enjoy your meal!
