SInterklaas is back in the country!

In addition to making wish lists, putting on the shoe and watching the Sinterklaas news, it is also fun to make gingerbread cookies with the children during a babysitting day. You only need six ingredients for this! It's not really healthy, but gingerbread nuts are of course part of Sinterklaas...

– 200 grams of self-raising flour
– 100 grams of butter
– 100 grams of brown caster sugar
– 1.5 tablespoons of gingerbread spices
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– ½ teaspoon salt

Put all these ingredients in a bowl and knead into dough (after washing your hands ;)). Let the dough stand for a while and in the meantime grease the baking tray with butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Make gingerbread-sized balls from the dough and place them on the baking tray. Press them a little on the baking tray so that they become a bit flatter. Put them in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes and you're done!

Enjoy it!

Love, Amber Cornelissen
