Junparents live at the peak of life; children, a job, sports, friends, partner, volunteer work, music and so on. We race from one thing to the next. From home to daycare, to work, to sports (clubs), and back home, playing sports or having drinks in the evening...
Millions of women become mothers every year. The combination of being a mother and a job seems simple, but the reality is often different. Imbalance causes stress, absenteeism and less enjoyment, among other things. There is little time for reflection and personal development. Research has shown that a good combination of work and private life leads to lower turnover intentions and better performance (Baltes, Huff, Wright & Neumann, 1999).
The Two-Day Mamma Retreat offers the opportunity to investigate the influence of motherhood on the different roles. We provide tools to achieve the right balance between work and private life. By giving an impulse to self-insight, awareness and the power of different behavior, mothers are supported in taking their place. At home and at work. This can help them to act more stress-free, to focus on their work and to work with more energy. This allows you to be more effective, have more energy and fun.
Results
Depending on the objectives, this workshop can provide an impetus for:
- More self-insight and awareness of patterns and (obstructive) thoughts;
- Learning to deal with the consequences of this: how can acting and thinking differently help?
- Be more communicative; convey what you do, need and where your limits are;
- Have more focus and presence; when you are there, you are completely there;
- Ask for help where necessary;
- Creating time for myself;
- Have more peace and overview.
