One takes:

(for 1 jug, about 4 very large glasses):

2 bananas

1 avocado

1 large handful of blueberries

3 generous handfuls of fresh spinach

3 stalks of pak choi

4 oranges

And this is how you do it:

–Peel and pit the avocado.

–Put the bananas, blueberries, avocado and spinach in a blender.

–Cut the bottom of the pak choi, cut into large pieces (you can use both green and white) and put them in the blender as well.

–Juice the 4 oranges and put the juice together with 1.5 glass of water in the blender.

–Mix until smooth.

Drink it up!
