One takes:
(for 1 jug, about 4 very large glasses):
2 bananas
1 avocado
1 large handful of blueberries
3 generous handfuls of fresh spinach
3 stalks of pak choi
4 oranges
And this is how you do it:
–Peel and pit the avocado.
–Put the bananas, blueberries, avocado and spinach in a blender.
–Cut the bottom of the pak choi, cut into large pieces (you can use both green and white) and put them in the blender as well.
–Juice the 4 oranges and put the juice together with 1.5 glass of water in the blender.
–Mix until smooth.
Drink it up!

All children love sweets. And don't blame them! It is up to the parents and Nannies to do this in a fun and responsible way. Especially on cold and rainy days, it is fun and educational to bake together. And then of course enjoy a nice meal with it
