Ingredients:
1/2 watermelon
75 grams of feta cheese
few sprigs of fresh mint
dash of balsamic vinegar

This is how you make it: 
Cut the watermelon and feta cheese into small cubes. Wash the fresh mint and separate the leaves. Mix the watermelon, feta and mint together and pour a little balsamic vinegar over it.

Tip: add black olives to taste

And now enjoy the evening sun!
