We offer our Nannies the opportunity to follow various training courses. We make a distinction between Nannies and Premium Nannies. The Premium Nannies go the extra mile; they have a lot of (pedagogical) knowledge, have completed the Pediatric First Aid course and can commit to a fixed (afternoon) day with a family for a longer period of time. This continuity is very valuable for children (and parents) and ensures that you can build a bond. This gives the children confidence and ensures that you really participate in family life.

Pedagogy training
Nannies can follow a pedagogy training with us. After completing this training, they can call themselves a Premium Nanny. The requirement is that they have also completed the pediatric first aid course and can be present with a family for at least 3 to 4 months.
Maternity Nanny training
Nannies who start working as Maternity or Night Nanny can follow training with us. Naturally, the focus is on the care of the little ones. Naturally, Nannies must already have a lot of practical experience with newborns. The requirement is that they have also completed the pediatric first aid course.
Pediatric first aid course
Nannies can take a Pediatric First Aid course with us to ensure more safety and self-confidence while babysitting.
The Nannies receive a stamp on their profile so that it is clear which training courses they have completed.
Payment to you as Nanny
You work at Amsternannies via the Home Services Regulations.
You do not have an employment contract with us. You can find more information about the Scheme here find.
