Hhealthy lava cake with oatmeal

Ingredients (1 person):

  • 40 grams of oatmeal
  • 20 g almond flour
  • 100 ml (vegetable) milk 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 20 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 bowl that can go in the oven
  • 1 tsp 100% peanut butter 

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Grind the oatmeal into flour in the hand blender or blender.
  3. Add the almond flour, milk, egg, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix until the batter is smooth. 
  4. Grease the baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Place the piece of chocolate in the middle of the bottom of the bowl. Pour the batter over it and place the lava cake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and drizzle the peanut butter over it. Make sure you eat the lava cake right away, otherwise the chocolate will become hard. 

Almond cookies

Ingredients (12 cookies):

  • 1.5 ripe banana
  • 110 grams of almond flour
  • 40 ml maple or agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 30 grams of coconut grater
  • Baking paper 

Preparation method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Mash the banana finely and mix with the almond flour, syrup, cinnamon and zest in a bowl.
  3. Take a tablespoon as a measurement. Roll into 1 tablespoon balls and press flat on the baking paper.
  4. Place the cookies in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy to the touch. Store in a tightly closed container for 3 days.
